Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the website, dashboard, APIs, software, or services provided by Sentinel Solutions ("Sentinel", "we", "our", or "us") (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Customer", "User", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a community, server, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

Sentinel provides account correlation, alternate-account detection, ban-evasion prevention, fraud prevention, and related security intelligence tools primarily for FiveM server operators and online gaming communities.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Sentinel provides security assessments, risk indicators, and correlation tools to assist community administrators.
• Sentinel does not directly execute moderation or disciplinary actions on your platforms; all final enforcement decisions remain strictly with the Customer.
• Sentinel reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Services at any time to maintain system efficacy or security.

3. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Sentinel is an independent software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution. Sentinel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Steam (Valve Corporation), Discord Inc., Rockstar Games, Xbox (Microsoft Corporation), or FiveM (Cfx.re / Rockstar Games).

4. Account Registration & Security

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an administrator or customer account.
• Account Integrity & Multi-User Access: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, and dashboard access tokens. Sharing account credentials across multiple individuals is strongly discouraged and may compromise audit trails and account security.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on all administrative accounts.
• Immediate Notification: You agree to notify Sentinel immediately by opening a Discord ticket upon discovering any unauthorized access, breach, or compromise of your account or API keys.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Services strictly for legitimate moderation, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

You expressly agree NOT to:

1. Reverse Engineer or Decompile: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, or decipher the detection algorithms or correlation methods of Sentinel.
2. Probing / Adversarial Testing: Submit false, synthetic, or artificially manipulated data to the Services for the purpose of probing, mapping, or bypassing Sentinel's detection capabilities.
3. Competitive Benchmarking: Use the Services for competitive benchmarking or to assist in building competing products.
4. Data Harvesting & Reselling: Sell, lease, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit raw intelligence or platform data provided by Sentinel.
5. Unauthorized Surveillance: Use the Services to stalk, harass, dox, or intimidate individuals outside of legitimate server moderation.
6. Bypass System Controls: Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features, rate limits, or API restrictions implemented by Sentinel.

6. Customer Responsibilities & Legal Compliance

• Lawful Basis: You have obtained all necessary consents and established a lawful basis under applicable privacy laws to collect and submit player identifiers to Sentinel.
• Third-Party Compliance: Your collection of identifiers complies with platform terms including Discord, Steam, FiveM, and Rockstar Games.
• Independent Action: You assume sole legal responsibility for any bans, kicks, or disciplinary actions taken based on Sentinel's output.

7. Subscriptions, Fees, Taxes, and Payments

Digital SaaS Delivery & No Refunds: The Services consist strictly of digital software, automated detection tools, and SaaS subscriptions. You acknowledge and agree that all purchases, token transfers, and subscription renewals are final, immediate, and non-refundable once access to the Services is provisioned. Sentinel does not offer refunds, exchanges, or prorated credits for "change of mind," accidental payments, community shutdowns, or unutilized subscription time.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Exception: Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory rights or consumer guarantees that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a refund is legally mandated due to a major service failure under the ACL, Sentinel will issue a remedy as required by law.

Crypto-Only Payment Processing: All payments for the Services are processed exclusively in supported cryptocurrencies (Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Solana) via Web3 wallet transactions. Sentinel does not accept credit cards, debit cards, fiat bank processing, or stablecoins.

Supported Tokens & Network Fees:

• Payments must be made using Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin (BTC), or Solana (SOL) as displayed at checkout.
• Gas & Blockchain Fees: You are solely responsible for paying all required network fees, gas fees, and transaction charges needed to execute Web3 payments from your wallet.
• Underpayment: Unconfirmed, stalled, or underfunded transactions caused by insufficient network fees will not activate or renew your subscription until the exact required balance reaches Sentinel's designated receiving wallet.

Flat-Rate Crypto Refund Rule: In the event a refund is legally mandated under the ACL or granted at Sentinel's sole discretion, the refund will be issued strictly for the flat-rate USD or AUD value specified on the original purchase invoice, regardless of subsequent market volatility or token exchange rate fluctuations. Refunds will be transferred back to the originating wallet address or a mutually agreed crypto address at Sentinel's election.

Taxes: All subscription prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any sales, value-added (VAT), goods and services (GST), or crypto-related capital gain taxes applicable to your purchase under your local jurisdiction.

Renewals: Subscriptions must be manually or programmatically renewed prior to expiration. Sentinel is not responsible for service interruptions caused by failed wallet authorizations or delayed Web3 renewals.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• Sentinel IP: Sentinel and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Services, software, correlation engines, APIs, and documentation.
• Feedback: You grant Sentinel an unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and incorporate feedback without compensation.

9. Service Availability & Warranties

• "As-Is" Provision: Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sentinel disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• ACL Carve-Out: Nothing excludes or modifies any guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• No Guarantee: Sentinel does not warrant 100% detection of alternate accounts or ban evaders.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No Consequential Damages: Sentinel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Liability Cap: Sentinel's total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 AUD or the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Force Majeure

Sentinel shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, major cyberattacks, or third-party API changes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sentinel against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your community enforcement actions, or failure to comply with applicable laws.

13. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard.
• By Sentinel: Sentinel may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms or security concerns.
• Survival: Sections 5, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 15, and 16 survive termination.

14. Export Control & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export control and trade sanctions laws.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sydney courts.

16. General Provisions

• No Partnership: These Terms do not create any partnership or agency relationship.
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.

17. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via email at least 30 days prior to the effective date.
