We collect account data (email, hashed password), Discord identity data via OAuth, platform identifiers submitted via API (Steam IDs, Discord IDs, FiveM licenses, Rockstar identifiers, Xbox IDs, IP addresses), and aggregated usage analytics.
Data is used only for service delivery, security, customer support, and aggregated research. We do not sell or lease your information.
We share data only with trusted service providers, law enforcement when required, and Customer communities that submitted identifiers.
Account data retained for active duration + 12 months post-deletion. Identifiers stored until Customer termination then deleted within 90 days.
Australian residents: access, correction, and complaint rights under Privacy Act 1988. EEA/UK residents: full GDPR rights.
We use TLS 1.2+ encryption, password hashing (bcrypt), and strict access controls.
Data processed in Australia/Oceania via Cloudflare. EEA/UK transfers rely on adequacy decisions or SCCs.
